Processing Time            

This is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping:
*Completed items ship within 1 - 5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

*For custom orders, please allow an additional 1-3 weeks creating time, from start date.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.

All US shipments include delivery confirmation. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) ship.
 

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, First-Class.

Tracking & delivery confirmation are not available to some international destinations.  

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

*USPS First-Class: Typically arrives in 2 - 5 business days

*USPS Priority: Typically arrives in 1 - 3 business days

*USPS First-Class International: Packages typically arrive within 2 weeks, but may take up to 8 weeks depending on destination and Customs clearance time.

 

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please keep in mind that packages may take longer to arrive during the holidays, and international orders may get held-up in Customs. 


Although shipping charges may seem high, we unfortuantely have no control over USPS rates. We do not make a profit off shipping, nor do we charge more than it actually costs to ship - except for a very small fee to help cover shipping materials.
S&H overages exceeding $1.00 will be refunded.

We are not responsible for missing packages marked "Delivered". Please double check your mailing address before completing payment.

Customs & Import Taxes

Internatinal buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to Customs. 

Returns, & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have any issues concerning your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Guidelines:
*Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for return/exchange requests

*Approved returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of approval. 

*Buyers may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on reason for returning.
*If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
*Refunds/exchanges will be issued within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

*Refunds will not include shipping & handling. 

In the event of an error on our part, we will issue either a full refund, or a replacement item of equal value. Return shipping costs will be covered.

 

 

Non-Refundable
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

*Custom/Personalized items that cannot be resold

*Perishable products, such as food items

*Discounted/Clearance items

*Digital downloads

 

Refunds/Replacements will not be given on orders shipped to the wrong address due to buyer's error.

Please double check your mailing address before completing payment.

 

Order Cancellation / Changes
Orders containing pre-made items can be cancelled or changed if requested within 24 hours of purchase, and have not yet been marked shipped. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable once an item has shipped. 

 

Custom orders can not be fully refunded once work has begun.  If you still wish to cancel a custom order that is in progress, but has not yet shipped, we will refund shipping costs only. Once a Custom Order has been started, we normally do not accept modifications to the order. 

 

Product Description
Descriptions of our items are as accurate as possible. We try to provide product photos that accurately reflect them, however, please keep in mind that photo colors may appear slightly different from actual item due to photo lighting, and/or your monitor's display. Please read product descriptions carefully.

 


Note to Buyers
All items are created in a smoke free environment. We do however share our home with pets. Although they are restricted from our studio, pet hair does occasionally find it's way into the room. Our apologies in advance if you happen to find a stray pet hair. Please know we try our best to keep this from occurring.
